Gift Certificate for a Yacht Charter in Phuket

A Horizon Cruises Phuket gift certificate is a private yacht charter in Phuket bought in advance for someone else to use when they choose. It carries a value from ฿50,000 to ฿200,000 in Thai baht, is valid for twelve months, and is exchanged for any of the 89 boats in the catalogue, from a speedboat day to a luxury yacht charter in Phuket. Order it through the form on this page or write to us on WhatsApp.

How does it work?

1. Choose a value from ฿50,000 to ฿200,000. For reference: a long-tail morning half day (09:00–13:00) starts at ฿23,900, a speedboat half day at ฿28,900, a motor yacht day at ฿33,900, and a full day on Ferretti 80 Sofia in high season at ฿140,000.
2. Order through the form on this page or on WhatsApp, and pay by the online payment link — Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, bank transfer, USDT.
3. Receive the certificate as a PDF with its number, by e-mail, within one day.
4. The recipient books — sends us the certificate number, the date and the boat they have in mind. The date is confirmed against the availability calendar like any charter.

What can it be spent on?

Any charter on this site: any boat, any route, any season. If the chosen charter costs more than the certificate, the difference is paid at booking. If it costs less, the remainder stays on the certificate for a second charter within the validity period; it is not refunded in cash.

How long is it valid?

Twelve months from the date of purchase. The charter has to take place within that period — booking it in month eleven for a date in month fourteen does not work.

Can it be used on holiday dates?

Yes, at the rate of that season. New Year's Eve and 1 January are peak-season dates; the certificate covers its value and the difference, if any, is paid at booking.

How do people usually give it?

Three ways we see most often. As a wedding or anniversary gift from a group — several people put in towards a full day on one of our yachts. As a corporate gift to a partner or a client, with the company's note on the certificate. And as the birthday present that solves the question of what to give someone who already has everything: a day at sea they choose themselves. In each case the PDF prints well on a single page, and we add a line of your text on request.

Frequently asked questions

Can the recipient view the yacht before choosing?

Yes — any yacht in the catalogue, free, before the date is fixed.

Is the certificate transferable?

It is not tied to a name. Whoever presents the number books.

What if the weather cancels the charter?

If the Thai Marine Department closes the port on the day, the charter is moved to a new date within the validity period — or, if that is not possible, the certificate's validity is extended by the lost time.

Can I buy a certificate for more than ฿200,000?

Ask — for a multi-day charter on one of our yachts we issue certificates individually.

What can the recipient get for the smallest certificate?

The lowest value covers a whole-boat morning half day on the long-tail boat, which starts at ฿23,900 for four hours (09:00–13:00), or a seven-hour speedboat day from ฿33,900. A full day on Ferretti 80 Sofia in high season starts at ฿140,000, so for a yacht of that class several people usually put in together, or the recipient pays the difference at booking. Each rate is for the whole boat and is shown on the yacht's page.

How do I order a gift certificate and pay for it?

Fill in the form on this page or write to us on WhatsApp with the value and the names of the giver and the recipient. In working hours we reply within the hour with an online payment link that takes Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay or a bank transfer, and the PDF with its number reaches your e-mail within one day. The recipient then books by quoting that number.

What happens if the charter costs more or less than the certificate?

If the charter the recipient picks costs more, the difference is paid at booking. If it costs less, the remainder stays on the certificate and can go towards a second charter inside the validity period; it is not paid out in cash. The value is spent at the rate of the season the charter falls in, including the New Year peak dates, with no surcharge for using a certificate.

How does the recipient book with the certificate?

They send us the certificate number, the date they want and the boat they have in mind, on WhatsApp or through the site. The date is checked against the availability calendar like any other booking, and the yacht can be viewed at the marina free of charge before the date is fixed. The charter must take place inside the validity period, so booking in the last month for a date after expiry does not work.

Can the certificate be written in Russian and carry a personal message?

Yes. Choose English or Russian when ordering and add a greeting of up to 200 characters, which is printed on the certificate; on request we add a further line of your text, for example a company note on a corporate gift. The PDF is laid out to print on a single page, so it can be handed over on paper or simply forwarded.
