Who is responsible for your data?

The site horizoncruisesphuket.com belongs to Marine Cruise Andaman Co., Ltd., TAT licence 34/02188, 1/34 Moo 9, Chalong, Phuket 83130, Thailand. Write to info@horizoncruisesphuket.com about anything on this page, including a request to see, correct or delete your data.

What data reaches us?

• Messages in WhatsApp (+66 96 096 8270) and Telegram. Your name, your number, the text, the dates you ask about, the number of guests and what you would like on the day. A first message sent from this site also carries the address of the page you wrote from.
• Emails to info@horizoncruisesphuket.com. Whatever you put in them.
• Visit data from cookies. Which pages you opened, how you reached the site, what you did on a page. The cookies are listed below.
• Technical data handled by Cloudflare, including your IP address, so that the site works and stays protected.

Why do we use it?

To answer your enquiry, to help you choose a yacht and book it, and to arrange the day of the charter. Separately, and without needing to know who you are: to see how the site is used, and to measure how well our advertising works.

Which cookies does the site use?

Two groups, and neither is needed for the site to open.

Statistics. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, and Yandex Metrica. Yandex Metrica includes Webvisor, which records what happens on the page — scrolling, clicks, the fields you fill in.

Advertising. Google Ads conversion measurement, which shows us that a visit came from an advertisement, and lets Google measure and personalise the advertising you are shown. Google explains its own part in this here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Visitors from the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the United Kingdom are asked first: a cookie notice appears, with Accept and Reject. Until you accept, none of this sets cookies or links anything to you, and Yandex Metrica does not load at all. You can change your answer at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Who do we share it with?

• The operator of the yacht you choose — and only what the day needs: the date, the number of guests, your name and one contact.
• The services named above, which handle the data as part of their own work: Google, Yandex, Cloudflare.
• The bank and the payment service through which a payment passes. They receive only what the payment itself needs, not your correspondence with us.
• The service that runs our WhatsApp bot, which handles the messages you send to that number.

How long do we keep it?

As long as it is needed for the booking itself and for our accounts. After that we delete it on request — write to info@horizoncruisesphuket.com and say which number or email address you wrote from.

Where is your data processed?

The company is in Thailand, so the messages and enquiries that reach us are handled there. The services named above are international and process data on their own servers in other countries. For a visitor from the European Economic Area this means the data leaves the EEA.

What are your rights?

In Thailand your data is covered by the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). If you are in the European Economic Area, the GDPR applies to you as well; visitors from the United Kingdom have equivalent rights under their own data protection law. Either way you can:

• ask what data about you we hold;
• have it corrected;
• ask us to delete it;
• withdraw your cookie consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer;
• complain to your data protection authority.

When was this page last changed?

We update this page whenever what it describes changes. The date of the last change is published together with the page, in the data search engines read.
