Five things move the figure: the yacht, the date, the duration, the route and the service plan. The date matters most on the yachts priced by season: the 2026/27 high season runs November to April, the peak weeks around the New Year are priced again on top, and the peak dates differ by yacht and are shown on each yacht's page; Sea Bear's half day rises to ฿620,000 from November to April, while Vanora's rates do not move at all. Duration is the second lever, with each format priced separately. The route is the third, because fuel is: the rate includes fuel for the agreed route except where the yacht's page states a fuel fee, and a far island costs more than the bay, as Sea Bear's ten-hour Phi Phi day at ฿750,000 in low season shows. Guests above the headcount in the rate are the fourth, and the service plan the fifth: a day rate, an all-inclusive package or a per-night rate with a provisioning allowance.
