Crew: what a professional crew does on a week-long Phuket yacht charter

Crews run from six to ten people with defined roles, and one of them is responsible for the machinery rather than the service: a vessel of this size does not run a week-long itinerary without an engineer. Meals are cooked aboard where the programme includes a chef. The tender, the water toys, the masks and snorkels and the next anchorage are handled without anyone in your group deciding anything.
