About this boat
Astrea 42 is a Fountaine Pajot sailing catamaran built in 2024 and based at Ao Po Grand Marina, on the northeast coast of Phuket at the entrance to Phang Nga Bay. By day she takes up to twelve guests; overnight, her four cabins sleep eight, and there are four bathrooms. The saloon has a full galley and a lounge, the cockpit a dining table in the shade, and forward there is a sun lounge by the trampolines.
Day trips run from 09:00 to 17:00: into Phang Nga Bay to Hong Island and James Bond Island, or to the Khai, Rang Yai and Naka islands. Overnight charters last from two days to seven. Two days reach Racha Yai, Phi Phi with Maya Bay, or Krabi with Chicken Island, Ao Nang and Railay; three days combine Phi Phi Don with Krabi or with Racha; the seven-day trip goes around the Andaman Sea.
The rate covers the whole boat with the captain and fuel, fresh fruit, soft drinks, towels, air conditioning, a sound system, life jackets, snorkelling and fishing gear, and the dinghy. Meals are not included: the menu on board is ฿500 per guest for groups of six or more. She sails all year round.

How do you book and cancel?
- A 50% deposit confirms the booking.
- The balance is paid on the day of the trip, before boarding.
- Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: the deposit is refunded in full.
- Cancellation 30 days or less before departure: no refund.
