About this boat
Aventure is the only sailing yacht in this catalogue and the only vessel that does not do day charters at all. She is a twenty-nine-metre classic ketch, custom-built in 2011 by Patrick Balta, and she works exclusively on multi-day itineraries — from two days and one night up to eight days and seven nights — through the southern and northern Andaman Sea, and on the longest programmes into the Mergui Archipelago in Myanmar. That last destination is not available to any other boat here, and it is the reason people charter her. She works out of Yacht Haven Marina, boarding there or at Koh Rang Yai. Seven guests aboard, in three double cabins and one single, each with an en-suite bathroom, looked after by a crew of four with full board included, along with airport and hotel transfers.
What sailing gives that a motor yacht cannot is silence: under sail there is no engine noise, no vibration and no fuel-driven urgency to arrive, and over a week that changes the texture of the trip entirely. Fishing gear, a kayak, two paddleboards, diving and snorkelling equipment are aboard. From two hundred ninety thousand baht. Book her if the voyage itself is the holiday and you have at least two nights. Do not enquire for a single day out — it is not offered — and do not expect the pace or the deck space of a motor yacht: a ketch is narrow, deep and unhurried by design.
Two things to settle before enquiring. The Myanmar itineraries require permits and lead time, so they are planned months rather than weeks ahead. And a ketch sails properly only when there is wind — the crew will motor when there is none, but the character of the trip depends on the season, and the charter manager will tell you honestly which months deliver it.

How do you book and cancel?
- A 50% deposit confirms the booking.
- The balance is paid on the day of the charter.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the charter: 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation 29 days or less before the charter: the deposit is not refunded.

- Cash, bank transfer to the company account, or credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) or USDT.
- Accepted currencies: Thai baht, US dollars and Russian roubles.
What are the charter hours?
- Boarding from 10:00 on the first day; disembarkation after sunset on the last day.
- Please be on time — the yacht returns at the agreed hour, and a late start shortens the trip rather than extending it.
- Programmes and timing depend on weather and sea conditions. If the weather makes the planned route unworkable, we agree what to do with you individually — there is no single fixed rule, and the options depend on the boat, the date and how far the plan has to change.
- If you ask to change the departure point, the relocation is agreed separately — the boat is berthed where it is berthed, and moving it costs time and fuel.
