About this boat
Six guests, two crew, twenty-eight feet. The Monterey is a day boat in the most literal sense, and the reason to choose her over the cheaper Axopar on the same pontoon comes down to pace and finish: twenty-seven knots of cruising speed with thirty-five available, on a hull built in 2021 with the upholstery and helm layout of a boat kept for private use rather than run into the ground by charter. For a couple or a family of four to six, that combination — quick, tidy, entirely yours — is what a day out of Boat Lagoon Marina should feel like. The speed matters more than the size.
Phang Nga Bay, Khai, Naka and Koh Hong are all short runs at this pace, so a half-day charter is a real trip with time in the water rather than a transit with a swim at the end, and a full day can take in three anchorages without hurrying between them. Two crew handle the boat and the day. Forty-one thousand baht. She suits couples, small families and anyone who wants a fast, uncomplicated day without paying for accommodation, a saloon or a large crew.
She does not suit groups above six, guests who need shade over the whole boat through the afternoon, or anyone planning to stay out overnight. One more thing about small boats that guests underestimate: with only six aboard the captain can change the plan mid-morning without consulting a crowd, so if the sea is flat and someone wants one more island, you simply go. That flexibility disappears the moment a charter has fifteen people and a lunch schedule.

How do you book and cancel?
- A 50% deposit confirms the booking.
- The remaining 50% is paid no later than 3 working days before departure.
- Bookings made less than 14 days before departure are paid in full at the time of booking.
- Card payments carry a 4% surcharge.
- Cancellation prior to 7 days before departure: 75% of the charter value is retained.
- Cancellation prior to 72 hours before departure: 50% of the charter value is retained.
- Cancellation after 48 hours before departure: 100% of the charter value is retained.
- Weather: if conditions make the charter unsafe, the operator offers a replacement vessel, a new date or a refund less the costs incurred.
Payment
- Cash, bank transfer to the company account, or credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) or USDT.
- Accepted currencies: Thai baht, US dollars and Russian roubles.
What are the charter hours?
- Charter times are between 09:00 and 19:00.
- Please be on time — the yacht returns at the agreed hour, and a late start shortens the trip rather than extending it.
- Programmes and timing depend on weather and sea conditions. If the weather makes the planned route unworkable, we agree what to do with you individually — there is no single fixed rule, and the options depend on the boat, the date and how far the plan has to change.
- If you ask to change the departure point, the relocation is agreed separately — the boat is berthed where it is berthed, and moving it costs time and fuel.
