About this boat
A 2025 hull is a rare thing in a charter fleet, and the Princess S72 KATI S is the newest large yacht available from Royal Phuket Marina. Newness matters here for an unglamorous reason: everything works. The air conditioning is quiet, the hydraulic bathing platform lowers smoothly, the high-speed Wi-Fi is genuinely high-speed, and there is no accumulated wear to work around. She is a seventy-two-foot sport yacht for fifteen day guests and six to eight overnight, with three to four cabins — two doubles and two twins that convert to doubles — three of them en-suite, and private access to the master suite.
A crew of three to five runs the charter. Twenty knots of cruising speed puts the Krabi islands and Phi Phi within a comfortable day alongside the closer Phang Nga Bay and Koh Yao routes. Equipment is what you would expect at two hundred thirty-five thousand baht and a little more besides: a Pirelli jet tender, two paddleboards, a floating pool, a barbecue, a sound system, snorkelling and fishing gear. She suits a group that wants a current boat and will use the cabins, and celebrations where the vessel is expected to look the part.
She is not the value choice — several older yachts of the same size cost considerably less and go to the same islands — and fifteen day guests is modest for her length. One consideration specific to a brand-new yacht in charter: the interior finishes are less forgiving of sand, sunscreen and wet swimwear than an older boat that has already lived through several seasons. The crew handles this quietly with towels and a rinse-down routine, but families with small children sometimes find an older, hardier boat less stressful to relax on.

Booking and cancellation for this boat
These are the boat owner's terms for this yacht. They are stricter than the general Horizon Cruises Phuket terms and take precedence for this boat.
- 50% of the charter fee is due within two days of the booking being confirmed, and the booking is confirmed only once that deposit has arrived.
- The remaining 50%, together with APA where it applies, is due no later than 14 days before departure. A booking made less than 14 days ahead is paid in full.
- Cancellation more than 14 days before departure: 50% of the charter fee is retained.
- Cancellation 14 days before departure or later: 100% of the charter fee is retained.
Payment
- Cash, bank transfer to the company account, or credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) or USDT.
- Accepted currencies: Thai baht, US dollars and Russian roubles.
What are the charter hours?
- Charter times are between 09:00 and 19:00.
- Please be on time — the yacht returns at the agreed hour, and a late start shortens the trip rather than extending it.
- Programmes and timing depend on weather and sea conditions. If the weather makes the planned route unworkable, we agree what to do with you individually — there is no single fixed rule, and the options depend on the boat, the date and how far the plan has to change.
- If you ask to change the departure point, the relocation is agreed separately — the boat is berthed where it is berthed, and moving it costs time and fuel.
