About this boat
Sixty guests is the highest day capacity in this catalogue, and Shangani reaches it by being a seventy-foot catamaran with an exceptionally large saloon on the mid-deck and a shaded quarter deck behind it. Built in 2007 and refitted in 2020, she also has six air-conditioned cabins with six bathrooms, sleeping twelve overnight — the rare boat here that can host a large party by day and a substantial group for a week. The saloon is the feature that makes sixty workable: panoramic windows, comfortable sofas and a large dining table, so a group that size has somewhere to sit that is neither the sun nor a corner of the cockpit. Above, the upper deck carries a jacuzzi and a bar.
Her cruising speed is eight knots, and that decides the geography: from Boat Lagoon Marina she works the sheltered water — Phang Nga Bay, Koh Hong and the Koh Yao islands — and does not attempt the southern islands. Fishing gear, kayaks, paddleboards, a floating pool and a big floating mat, snorkelling equipment and a water slide are aboard; a Seabob is a paid extra. Ninety-eight thousand baht for the day. She is the answer for a wedding, a company event or a large family week afloat.
She is the wrong answer for anyone who wants to cover distance, and for a small group who would be paying for empty deck. Two practical points for an event of this size. Boarding sixty people takes time, so the crew brings guests aboard in groups and the boat leaves once everyone is settled. And with six bathrooms rather than the two or three most large day boats carry, the queues that usually define a big charter simply do not form.

How do you book and cancel?
- An advance of ฿20,000 confirms the booking; during the peak season (15 Dec – 15 Jan) the deposit is 50%.
- The balance is paid on boarding.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the charter: 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation 29 days or less before the charter: the deposit is not refunded.
- Weather: if the boat cannot go out, the operator offers a replacement vessel, a new date or a full refund less the cost of provisions.

- Cash, bank transfer to the company account, or credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) or USDT.
- Accepted currencies: Thai baht, US dollars and Russian roubles.
What are the charter hours?
- Charter times are between 09:00 and 19:00.
- Please be on time — the yacht returns at the agreed hour, and a late start shortens the trip rather than extending it.
- Programmes and timing depend on weather and sea conditions. If the weather makes the planned route unworkable, we agree what to do with you individually — there is no single fixed rule, and the options depend on the boat, the date and how far the plan has to change.
- If you ask to change the departure point, the relocation is agreed separately — the boat is berthed where it is berthed, and moving it costs time and fuel.
