About this boat
There is a discrepancy worth explaining before anything else: the model name says forty feet, but SUAY measures thirty-six point two. The number in a Fountaine Pajot name refers to the model line rather than the hull, and what you actually get is a boat that is short for its beam. That proportion is the whole point. A wide, short catamaran gives an unusually open saloon with panoramic windows and deck space you would expect on something considerably longer, while remaining easy to manoeuvre into small anchorages.
Built in 2024 for ten day guests with a crew of three, she has three double cabins, one of them en-suite, used for changing and shade rather than sleeping. The hydraulic bathing platform lowers to the waterline, which makes getting in and out of the water easy for children and for anyone who does not enjoy ladders — with a floating swimming pool, a paddleboard and snorkelling equipment waiting there. A tender is aboard; a jet ski or wakesurf gear can be arranged in advance. Sixty-nine thousand baht from Royal Phuket Marina, with the sheltered runs to Phang Nga Bay, Koh Hong, Koh Yao and Khai as her natural range.
Not the boat for a big group, for overnight charters, or for the far southern islands. A note for families comparing her with a larger catamaran: ten guests on this beam is generous rather than tight, and the short hull means the crew can put her into bays that bigger cats have to skip. The trade is that there is no flybridge, so the shade is all at deck level.

Booking and cancellation for this boat
These are the boat owner's terms for this yacht. They are stricter than the general Horizon Cruises Phuket terms and take precedence for this boat.
- 50% of the charter fee is due within two days of the booking being confirmed, and the booking is confirmed only once that deposit has arrived.
- The remaining 50%, together with APA where it applies, is due no later than 14 days before departure. A booking made less than 14 days ahead is paid in full.
- Cancellation more than 14 days before departure: 50% of the charter fee is retained.
- Cancellation 14 days before departure or later: 100% of the charter fee is retained.
Payment
- Cash, bank transfer to the company account, or credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) or USDT.
- Accepted currencies: Thai baht, US dollars and Russian roubles.
What are the charter hours?
- Charter times are between 09:00 and 19:00.
- Please be on time — the yacht returns at the agreed hour, and a late start shortens the trip rather than extending it.
- Programmes and timing depend on weather and sea conditions. If the weather makes the planned route unworkable, we agree what to do with you individually — there is no single fixed rule, and the options depend on the boat, the date and how far the plan has to change.
- If you ask to change the departure point, the relocation is agreed separately — the boat is berthed where it is berthed, and moving it costs time and fuel.
