About this boat
Indigo is the answer to a question the Chalong fleet otherwise struggles with: how to take fifty-five people to the southern islands without either splitting across two boats or accepting a very slow day. She is a fifty-three-foot power catamaran built in 2022, cruising at sixteen knots with thirty available — fast for a catamaran of this capacity, and fast enough that Racha Yai and even Phi Phi are realistic full days from Chalong Pier rather than aspirations. Coral Island and Maiton are easy half or full days. The two hulls do what catamarans do: the deck stays flat at anchor, so fifty-five people can move about, eat and swim without the boat answering every step.
There are two bathrooms and no guest cabins — a day boat, plainly. A crew of four works the charter. The water slide is the centrepiece for families, with kayaks, snorkelling gear and life jackets alongside it. Sixty-three thousand eight hundred baht buys the whole boat for a five-hour half day and eighty-four thousand nine hundred for a full day, which at full capacity is among the lowest per-person figures available on the south side of the island.
Where she is not the right choice: overnight trips, small groups who would rattle around on that much deck, and guests who want a saloon to retreat into — the covered area is generous but this is an open boat by design. It is worth understanding how a fast catamaran behaves under way: two hulls meeting a swell ride harder than a single one, so on the run to Phi Phi the captain picks a speed to suit the sea rather than the schedule. At anchor the same geometry works the other way and delivers the flat deck she is chosen for.

How do you book and cancel?
- A 50% deposit confirms the booking.
- The balance must be paid 7 days before departure.
- Cancellation 7 days or less before departure: 50% of the charter value is retained.
- Cancellation 3 days or less before departure: 100% of the charter value is retained.
- High season (15 Dec – 15 Jan): cancellation no later than 14 days before departure; later cancellations carry the same charges.

What are the charter hours?
- Full-day charters depart from 09:00 and return by 18:30 (8 hours; extra hour ฿5,000, maximum 10 hours); half-day slots are 08:00–13:00 and 14:00–19:00.
- Please be on time — the yacht returns at the agreed hour, and a late start shortens the trip rather than extending it.
- Programmes and timing depend on weather and sea conditions. If the weather makes the planned route unworkable, we agree what to do with you individually — there is no single fixed rule, and the options depend on the boat, the date and how far the plan has to change.
- If you ask to change the departure point, the relocation is agreed separately — the boat is berthed where it is berthed, and moving it costs time and fuel.
