How Much a Day on a Yacht in Phuket Costs in the 2026/27 Season
A private full day on a yacht in Phuket in the 2026/27 high season costs a median of ฿90,000 for the whole boat, from ฿33,900 for a speedboat (six guests included) to ฿720,000 for a 130 ft motor yacht. The figures come from the rate cards of the boats that Horizon Cruises Phuket offers, captured on 18 October 2026. All prices are for the whole boat with the number of guests the card names, in Thai baht, for high season outside the peak dates, VAT 7% included where the card says so. With six guests the median is ฿15,000 per person; at full capacity, extra-guest surcharges counted, it is ฿6,308.
Full-day price by boat type
The base unit is the high-season full day (7 to 9 hours; 8 hours on 70 of 88 cards), cheapest route where several are listed.

Fifty-two of the 88 boats, or 59%, cost under ฿100,000 for a full day; 16 cost under ฿50,000; 17 cost ฿200,000 or more. Sailing catamarans are the cheapest type per boat and carry the most guests. Among larger motor yachts, Say Yes (89 ft) is ฿140,000 per boat with twelve guests in the rate, up to 30 aboard and ฿2,000 per guest above twelve; Sofia (80 ft) is ฿140,000 with twelve in the rate, up to 25 aboard; Beluga 88 is ฿267,500 with twelve in the rate, up to 22 aboard. The power catamaran Leopard 51 Aurora is ฿84,900 with twelve in the rate, up to 25 aboard; the 42 ft sailing catamaran Astrea 42 is ฿55,900 per boat with all 12 guests in the rate.
What a day costs per guest
Most cards name a number of guests in the rate and a price per extra guest up to capacity. We calculated two cases: the boat filled to capacity (base price plus the surcharge for every guest above the number in the rate), and a party of six.

Twenty of the 87 boats that take six or more guests come in under ฿10,000 per person for a party of six. At full capacity, Say Yes works out to ฿5,867 per guest (30 aboard, 18 of them at ฿2,000, ฿176,000 in total as the card states), Sofia ฿6,640, Beluga 88 ฿13,523, Leopard 51 Aurora ฿4,176, Astrea 42 ฿4,658. Only 21 cards include the full day capacity in the price; 67 name a number of guests in the rate (median 10), 62 of them with a price per extra guest, median ฿1,605 (฿800 to ฿10,000); 5 large catamarans price by group size.
Half day versus full day
Sixty-four cards also sell a half day of 4 to 5 hours; the median is ฿63,900, a median 22.3% below the full day on the same boat (8.6% to 36.5%): about half the hours for three quarters of the price. Five cards withdraw half days on peak dates.

Low season, high season and peak
Forty-eight cards use three tiers (low, high, peak), 26 one year-round rate plus a peak supplement, 8 low and high only, 4 one rate all year, and 2 high and peak with low season on request.

Peak windows differ by boat: 20 December to 10 January and 20 December to 20 January are the most common; 15 December to 15 January and 15 December 2026 to 31 January 2027 also occur. The step varies: Astrea 42 is ฿50,900 in low season, ฿55,900 in high season and ฿60,900 at peak; Say Yes is ฿140,000 in high season and ฿180,000 at peak.

No card lists fuel for the base route as an extra; 13 add a fuel surcharge on longer routes such as Phang Nga Bay, Phi Phi or Krabi. National park fees are the most common extra: only 19 cards have them in the price. Deposits are 50% on 65 cards (74%), full payment at booking on 23 (26%). Departures: Chalong Pier 26, Ao Po Grand Marina 25, Boat Lagoon Marina 17, Royal Phuket Marina 13, three other departure points 7.
Methodology
Data: the yacht pages on horizoncruisesphuket.com as captured on 18 October 2026, minus three (a sailing yacht sold overnight only, a catamaran with no day charters, a superyacht priced in US dollars): 88 cards. For each boat we recorded type and length as stated on the card, day-trip capacity, guests in the rate and the price per extra guest (from the card's lead sentence or surcharge block), departure point, the cheapest full-day and half-day price in low, high and peak season, the deposit and the inclusion lists. "High season" is the column so labelled on the card, or the year-round rate where only a peak supplement exists; peak dates were never used. Medians are used because the range is wide. Boats priced by group size use the top published tier for the full-capacity figure. Sunset cruises, overnight and weekly rates and optional extras were left out. Captain and crew, snorkelling gear and soft drinks are in the price on most cards. Fuel is named as included on 46 and never listed as an extra for the base route. National park and island fees are extra on 61 of 88 cards; lunch is included on 31, transfers on 32, VAT 7% on 81.
When do Phuket yacht prices rise, and by how much?
High season runs roughly from November to April. Low to high season adds a median 11.1% to the full-day rate; peak dates between mid-December and mid-January add a further median 13.1%. Five cards withdraw half days on peak dates.
